(“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use
our Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who
are subscribers, and users who contribute content, information, or
other materials to the Service.

Insight Tarot is designed and intended for entertainment and
personal reflection purposes only.
All tarot readings, card interpretations, spreads, and any other content generated through the Service are provided solely for entertainment, self-reflection, and inspirational purposes.
Nothing in the Service constitutes or should be construed as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Insight Tarot does not claim to predict the future, provide accurate forecasts, or guarantee any outcomes.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any reading or interpretation.
You should not make important life decisions — including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, or relationship decisions — based solely or primarily on content provided through the Service.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require professional support, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Some readings — including the "Yes / No" reading type — may present a direct, definitive-sounding answer or recommendation. Regardless of how confident, direct, or specific a reading's wording appears, all content described in this Section applies to it: it remains for entertainment and personal reflection only, and none of it constitutes advice or a recommendation.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the entertainment nature of tarot readings and use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
Insight Tarot provides an AI-powered tarot reading application that includes:
Daily tarot card readings
Special Question readings powered by artificial intelligence
Tarot spreads and interpretations
Personal reading journal
Subscription and in-app purchase options
The Service is available on iOS and Android platforms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
Subscription Plans
Insight Tarot offers the following subscription options:
Weekly subscription
Monthly subscription
Yearly subscription
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play
account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically
renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before
the end of the current period.
In-App Purchases
Additional Special Question packs are available for individual
purchase and do not expire.
Free Trial
Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid
subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period
ends.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple
App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation
takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not
provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. We will
provide reasonable notice of any price changes.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable statutory
right you may have as a consumer under the mandatory law of
your country of residence, including, where applicable, any
right of withdrawal from a contract for digital content or
services. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google
Play Store are sold by Apple or Google as the seller of record,
and any withdrawal or refund rights for those purchases are
handled under Apple's or Google's own applicable refund
policies, not directly by us.
All content included in the Service — including but not limited to
text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software — is the
property of Insight Tarot and is protected by applicable
intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative
works from any content in the Service without our prior written
consent.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated means to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate tarot readings and interpretations. You acknowledge that:
AI-generated content is created algorithmically and does not reflect genuine psychic ability or supernatural insight
The same question asked at different times may receive different responses
AI-generated interpretations are creative and inspirational in nature, not factual predictions
A response may be phrased in a confident, direct, or advice-like tone — for example, appearing to answer "yes" or "no" to a specific question. This is a stylistic feature of how the AI writes, not an indication that the response is accurate, verified, or intended as actual guidance. Section 2 (Entertainment Disclaimer) applies regardless of how a response is phrased.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSIGHT TAROT
AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS,
DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF
THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING
FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN
THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED,
ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
